I love to follow beauty trends,it makes your beauty routine perfect,Today i'm going tell you some trends which i love the most,These trends actually makes your look prominent,Beauty trends are fun to do but you don't have to slavishly follow them,So let's discuss about the trends.

Mega Eyelashes:
Long eyelashes are a universal symbol of beauty,long eyelashes make a woman's eyes wider and more open,they look incredibly attractive,Long lashes in photographs show up so much better than short eyelashes,When we look good our confident and self-esteem is boosted.You can use eyelash extensions but if you want long eye lashes naturally then u have to apply castor oil on your eye lashes every night.

Highlighter:

Highlighters are great way to get a luminous skin,these are very trendy now a days just because they help to enhance the beauty of your face and give your face a proper dimension and reflection,they give proper lift to your face and help to lighten and brighten your face,they help to erase the signs of fatigue and give a very fresh look,they create a illusion of brightness and height.

Glossy lips:
Glossy lips are everything in this year,they make your lips hydrated,Dry lips make you look dull,glossy lips give you a glow to your whole face,No one wants to ruin her look with dry lips,they give you a very bright look to your face and u'll look young and more beautiful with glossy lips,Make sure you always hydrate your lips with lip balms.

No makeup look:

we are so used to makeup that we sometimes forget that how beautiful we can be without makeup,You don't have to put a lot of foundation on your face to hide your imperfections,sometimes let your skin breathe,Just apply little bit BB cream on your face makes you look beautiful,It's very trendy in this year to look natural,SO be confident with your imperfections.

Rosy cheeks:
Beautiful rosy cheeks light up a woman's face and reflect a good health,It makes you more gorgeous,I love to apply blush on my cheeks to give a healthy look on my face,It's my favorite part in makeup.

You are beautiful

Yes,you are beautiful. This should be a constant reminder to yourself, You might be thinking why i picked this topic but it's important to tell you that it is your duty to tell yourself everyday that you are beautiful enough to rock the world. You don't have to depend on others, you have the power to solve all the problems of the world.
There are two types of beauty, inner and outer, the most important, in my opinion, is inner beauty. When you ask about someone's beauty, everyone will talk about cheek bones, color and height, no one will tell you that he or she is very innocent ,polite etc. All the boys  are crazy about a girls fairness. Most people just tend to care about a persons physical appearance. 
Inner beauty is very important, if you don't have ethics, if you don't know how to respect our elders, if you don't know how to build up a family, if you don't know how to behave, then fairness, blue eyes don't matter at all. Literally outer beauty doesn't matter at all if you don't have inner beauty, make yourself beautiful from the inside and out.
Today, no one is satisfied, everyone thinks that he or she is bad, they are not beautiful that's why no one likes them. So it's very important to note that just don't bother what others think about you, everyone has their own thinking. So stop caring about anybody thinking bad about you, try to satisfy yourself.
This is a very  important message for today's generation.
So, make yourself beautiful for yourself, I'm not saying that if you are beautiful from inner then there is no need to take care of your outer beauty. It's our responsbility that we should take care of our physical appearance, But not for others but for yourself. I love to do beauty remedies but I'm not doing it for the people,I'm making myself happy.
It's easy to see beauty in your friends, try to find your own beauty.

Sometimes it's okay to be lazy

Sometimes, there are moments in your life when you cant follow a strict routine, want to go anywhere or dont want to meet anyone. This is normal and happens to everyone. Everyone wants some kind of change in life from time to time, if there is no change, we tend to get bored. We are not robots, we are not capable of working all the time. Our body needs to relax, we need to relax. 

I am not saying that we should be lazy, all im saying is that we can be lazy sometimes. Being lazy all the time is not good, but it is good to take some time for yourselves. Everyone needs a break after doing something tiring. Always take some time out to be with yourself and relax.

So I'm going to mention somethings which we can do when we are lazy. Whenever I feel lazy, I just lay down on my couch and watch makeup videos or watch a tv show like "Thr Vampire Diaries". I also spend time with my family. For you it may be different, depends on what may relax you. 

So you can enjoy being lazy from time to time but do not make a habit of it. So here are some tips on what you can possibly do when your lazy.

Take a nap

Watch movies

Spend time with your family

Take coffee or tea

Listen songs which you like

You can use social media 

Scroll instagram posts(everyone loves to do this)

Just go somewhere where you feel relax 

You can eat snacks 

You can watch Tv shows

Enjoy your laziness and make yourself ready for the tomorrow work 😊

how to be healthy

Everyone wants to be healthy but no one has the time to put some effort. Today i'm going to tell you how to live a healthy life. I'm not going to tell u a long morning and night routine,there are no diet plans, I have no right to tell you these fake routines which i also don't follow. These are simply some tips or steps which u can adopt in your life to make your life healthy and happy. For most people it's difficult to live healthy life because they don't have enough resources and they don't have enough budget to spend a lot of money for ourselves. My steps are very budget friendly and you have to put little effort to follow these steps. So let's talk about it 👉😊  

Have a proper breakfast:


Don't ever skip a breakfast in your life, it's the most important meal of the day, breakfast gives u the energy to get the things done. Those people who skip their breakfast feel lazy all the day. Not much effort is needed to make a proper breakfast. In breakfast u have to take protein, You can get protein from paratha, omelette, cornflakes, etc. whether you are in ahostel or a job going person don't ever skip it. I love to make my own breakfast, I simply make an omelette along with a shake and on the weekends, my favorite breakfast is a paratha with pickles and lassi.

Proper timing of meal:



We have time to spend hours on social media, busy scrolling Instagram posts, but we don't have time for ourselves, we think that it's okay to have a meal at any time, majority of people have a very bad meal routine, there should be a proper time.
  • Always have breakfast before 11:00 am, try to make a habit to wake up early in the morning.
  • Always have lunch before 4:00 pm, in between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm u can take snacks 
  • Always have dinner before 8:00 pm, never ever have a heavy meal at night, it gets stuck in your stomach causing acidity.

Drink plenty of water:


Water is the only thing that removes toxins from your body. I prefer not to take a bottle full of water and take sips all the day, rather I prefer to take a glass full of water at different intervals.

  • 2 glass of water at morning
  • 1 glass of water before lunch and take 1 glass of water during your meal
  • 2 glass of water at afternoon
  • 1 glass of water at dinner              

Walk:


Develop a habit to walk daily, I prefer to walk at 9:00 pm after dinner, if u don't have a park near your house, try to walk on your roof or any small area where u can walk easily.

Supplements:



I think we should take supplements because we are not taking enough nutrients from our diets,but too much supplements can be harmful for your  body. So u can pick a week in your month and in this week u should take calcium,iron,vitamin D. Calcium,iron and vitamin D deficiency are very common,. Actually we ourselves usually don't really know that we have these deficiencies,YOU can take Vitamin E which is good for your skin, eyes and hair. But if you are sure that you are taking enough minerals,vitamins and nutrients then there is no need to take supplements.

Proper sleep: 



We are developing a very bad habit to stay up late at night, it's really common but we should avoid it. It's difficult for people today to sleep before 10:00 pm but try to sleep early at least before 12:00 pm.

I think these steps were enough for me. In the start it's difficult for everyone to follow these steps but when you follow one of these steps,you can feel the difference in your body, skin and in your health. I hope you will like it, and i think "if u love yourself u put an effort to live healthy life".

Let's talk about me

hey it's me Imtesal actually my full name is "Imtesal Bushra".I have quite a big name 😉,I know.

So it's meaning is quite good actually,it means extremely good news.this seems funny to me because i don't really believe in this type of stuff but according to my mother she believes that "a good name has a good impact on your life while a bad name has a bad impact on your life so always be careful when picking a child name".So i believe this is quite well said by my mother.
  I was born in July,hence my star is cancer I'm a typical cancer person,though i don't really believe in horoscopes because no one can tell our future but i do believe on the concept that a personality is ruled by the sign  so I'm 101% emotional, it's hard to count how many times i have cried in my school.I'm very sincere to my work,my family and my friends.The most important thing in my life is my family.

 I recently lost my Nani I still miss her with all my heart,there is a gap in my heart which can't be fill due to this loss.In this era there are only handful of people who value their grand parents.we are so much busy with life that we don't have any time to sit and listen to their old stories.
I usually don't show my emotions to everyone because no one can really understand your pain.There are only a few people who value your emotions,,hence i believe it is useless to show your emotions to those who are just waiting to mock them.

I'm very smiley,hyperactive,moody,stubborn and soft hearted  person.I don't really have too many friends but the friends i have mean the world to me i don't believe in love at first side if there is no response from the other side then that really can't be a love  ,in my opinion before marriage all the love u should give is to your family  because without family you are nothing,u can only get true love from your parents .

  I want to read books in my life but i can hardly find the time there have only been two books which i have read are Alchemist,A quiet kind of thunder both of which found to be amazing and highly recommended them.

  I am a fashion designing student i love to design clothes but i don't want to take fashion designing as a profession,by profession i wanted to be a doctor not only a doctor but a good doctor but due to my bad luck i didn't pass the medical test,so i preferred to be fashion designer above other choices and now I'm doing fashion designing with all my passion.

  My only weakness is Makeup.I'm totally addicted to makeup,I'm not a makeup artist anyway but i do not deny that i can put on makeup very well,i love to watch makeup videos,u can say my hobby is to watch makeup videos,i love to buy makeup and beauty products.

 In my spare time i love to try home remedies,i think home remedies are better than expensive beauty products,remedies are less harmful than those chemicals which are added in the beauty products,but not all the remedies suits u,so be careful before trying any remedy,actually i have done a lot of experiments on myself 😅
